Caution Levels Explained
We use caution levels to show how much homework may be required before you buy a device. These are not judgments about whether a product is good or bad. They are a quick guide to complexity.
Low
Usually a simpler category with fewer surprises. You should still verify your exact console, card type, and seller listing.
Medium
May require firmware setup, SD card preparation, or compatibility research. This is common for ODEs and some storage adapters.
High
Reserved for categories with more confusion, more clone hardware, or more legal and compatibility sensitivity. Read carefully before you buy.
